How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select the jewelry format you love, and place your order online. You’ll be guided to upload your photos or personalization details during or after checkout.

What can I personalize?

Because all Lifecync jewelry is custom or semi-custom, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review the issue and make it right.
