At Lifecync, every piece of jewelry is made to order and designed around your personal memories. Because of this, our refund policy is a little different from standard retail — and we want to be fully transparent before you place an order.


Custom & Semi-Custom Jewelry

All Lifecync products are custom or semi-custom, meaning they are created specifically for you using the details, images, or text you provide.

For this reason:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect information provided by the customer

Once production begins, an order cannot be canceled or modified.


Design Approval Responsibility

For orders that include a design preview:

  • Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approving the final design

  • Approval confirms acceptance of layout, text, image placement, and overall appearance

Minor variations may occur between digital previews and the final physical product due to lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of jewelry.


Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us assist you quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • Store credit

Refunds are issued only in rare cases where a replacement or repair is not possible.


Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If your order does not match the approved design preview or contains an error caused by Lifecync, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Lifecync is not responsible for:

  • Errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer

  • Spelling mistakes approved in the final design


Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, Lifecync is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.
