1. About Lifecync

Lifecync provides custom and semi-custom jewelry services, allowing customers to personalize jewelry using photos, text, artwork, or other content submitted by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, certain policies differ from standard retail purchases. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Website

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian

  • You will use the website for lawful purposes only

  • You will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.

3. Orders & Custom Products

3.1 Custom & Semi-Custom Orders

All Lifecync products are either fully custom or semi-custom and made specifically for each customer based on the information provided at checkout.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All customization details submitted are accurate and final

  • You understand that colors, proportions, and details may vary slightly between digital previews and final physical products

3.2 Design Previews & Approval

For applicable orders, we may provide a digital design preview before production. Once you approve the design or production begins, the order is considered final.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in [USD] unless otherwise stated

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice

  • Payment must be completed in full at checkout

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

5. Production Time & Shipping

Production times vary depending on the product and level of customization. Estimated timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Lifecync is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • All custom and semi-custom jewelry sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference

Exceptions may be made if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The order does not match the approved design

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos for review.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lifecync website, including designs, text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Lifecync and may not be used without written permission.

7.2 Your Submitted Content

By submitting photos, text, or other materials, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it

  • The content does not infringe on third-party rights

You grant Lifecync a limited, non-exclusive license to use submitted content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and internal marketing (unless you request otherwise).

You may not submit content that is:
